身边很多人去了伦敦，念了几年书，挥霍了点青春，最终还是回到了中国。伦敦这座城市再好，最终也只是变成了那几年的回忆和与社交的谈资。
关于伦敦 有很多故事可以讲，身为阿仙奴球迷终在酋长球场看球时的心情，姐姐在英国念书的日子，好友与伦敦擦肩而过的遗憾...
然而故事讲多了有时候都变成了鸡汤，麻木了别人也麻木自己。

毕业之后的 YuKai Du 似乎并不着急回到自己的家乡，留在伦敦接受这座大城市的挑战，一点一点追逐着自己的梦想。
近几年社交网络的快速发展，让人更加依赖现代科技。在诺大的城市，在温馨的饭店，在近距离的餐桌，不再像过去那样眼神交流和畅谈。YuKai Du细腻地观察着周边，用带有强烈个人特点的方式，记录着细小的时刻。

因对伦敦这座城市和插画师作品的喜欢，便联系她做了一个e-mini采访。
INTERVIEW
1.
When did you find out you have interests (talent) in illustrations?
DU：我的专业是动画，但是一直都很喜欢插画，所以也一直在努力尝试。
2.
How long you’ve been in London? It’s difficult or definitely worth trying to make a living there?
DU：这是我在伦敦的第四年了。我不会说在这里是为了生存/留下来，是为了实现自己的梦想。这不容易，但都值得。

How you ever thought about other places? Like Brooklyn? I heard there’s really a young artists group thing going on.
DU: 我一直都很喜欢纽约！除了纽约，我根本想不出还有哪座城市能和伦敦相比。但是目前还没有搬迁的计划，将来可能会吧。

I'm always fascinated about New York! I can't think about another city which could compare with London like New York.

If you can choose one word to describe yourself, what will it be?
DU：Ambitious, I guess.

What’s your first shot in art? Did you keep submitting your work or those websites just notice you?
DU: 记不住了。通常都是网站联系我。
6.
Any advice for people who wants to study in London? The earlier the better?
DU: 做好准备并随时都能接受新事物。并不觉得越早来伦敦求学就会有更好的结果。

Any recommendations about London? Had a short stay in London last year. Tate and Portrait Gallery are the places I went. Not bad at all.
DU: Regent's Cannel（摄政运河）是我最喜欢的地方，天气好的时候特别舒服。如果你喜欢有特色的咖啡店，画廊和设计师店，那我推荐Shoreditch。在伦敦其实有很多地方可以晃晃。

What’s the next move? Can be personal too. Get a cat or Get married? ;p
DU: 应该就是继续努力，保持现有的步伐吧。如果有机会，我很愿意在国内和大家分享我的一些经验。
